Almost Home Properties Corporate Accommodations (AHPCA) offers a minimum lease term of 30 days, longer lease terms such as 3 months, 6 months, or even 12 months are at reduced rates. (the longer the term, the lower the rate!)
If you are personally responsible for payment of your accommodation, we can offer several different payment alternatives. We accept checks and major credit cards including American Express, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover. A corporate apartment that is set up through your company can be corporately billed if the company is responsible for the payment.
