• There are several benefits. For stays of a month or longer, corporate apartments can offer you as much as 60% savings over hotel costs. Corporate accommodations are larger than hotel rooms and can be customized to meet your specific needs.

What is the minimum lease term for a corporate accommodation?

• Almost Home Properties Corporate Accommodations (AHPCA) offers a minimum lease term of 30 days, longer lease terms such as 3 months, 6 months, or even 12 months are at reduced rates. (the longer the term, the lower the rate!)

How do I pay for my corporate apartment?

• If you are personally responsible for payment of your accommodation, we can offer several different payment alternatives. We accept checks and major credit cards including American Express, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover. A corporate apartment that is set up through your company can be corporately billed if the company is responsible for the payment.

What if I need to rent a corporate apartment in a specific location?

• No problem. We work with properties all over the greater Houston area allowing us to provide you with accommodations that best suit your needs.

Is there a check in and check out time?

• Most of our furnished units are available for check in by 3:00 p.m., with check out by 12:00 noon.
