Do I have to make arrangements to get power, gas, water, phone, cable, etc., for the corporate apartment?
No. Almost Home Properties Corporate Accommodations (AHPCA) will make those arrangements for you and include them in your monthly rate.
What are the benefits of staying in a corporate apartment instead of a hotel?
There are several benefits. For stays of a month or longer, corporate apartments can offer you as much as 60% savings over hotel costs. Corporate accommodations are generally larger than hotel rooms and can be customized to meet your specific needs.
Does Almost Home Properties Corporate Accommodations accept pets?
Yes. Just let us know that you are bringing your pet and Almost Home Properties Corporate Accommodations (AHPCA) can find a property for you that will allow pets.
What is the minimum lease term for a corporate accommodation?
Almost Home Properties Corporate Accommodations (AHPCA) will do a minimum lease term of 30 days, though we can also do longer lease terms such as 3 months, 6 months, or even 12 months. We can give you a better rate on longer term leases --- the longer the term, the lower the rate!
How do I pay for my corporate apartment?
If you are personally responsible for payment of your accommodation, we can offer several different payment alternatives. We accept checks and major credit cards including American Express, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover. A corporate apartment that is set up through your company can be corporately billed if the company is responsible for the payment.
What if I need to rent a corporate apartment in a specific location?
No problem. We work with properties all over the greater Houston area allowing us to provide you with accommodations that best suit your needs.
Is there a check in and check out time?
Most of our furnished units are available for check in by 3:00 p.m. Check out is 12:00 noon.
